Asseco Resovia vs.Trentino | Highlights | FIVB Club World Championship 2018

Rzeszow, Poland, November 29, 2018 - Diatecx Trentino promptly disposed of hosts Asseco Resovia Rzeszow 3-0 (26-24, 25-23, 25-20) Thursday evening to finish top of Pool B at the 2018 FIVB Men's Club World Championship.

Both teams had already secured their tickets to the top four even before the start of today's game and the result only served to set up the semifinals pairings.

Saturday's semifinals in Czestochowa:

• 17:30 local time (16:30 GMT): Asseco Resovia Rzeszow (POL) v Cucine Lube Civitanova (ITA)
• 20:30 local time (19:30 GMT): Diatecx Trentino (ITA) v Fakel Novy Urengoy (RUS)

Resovia coach Gheorghe Cretu elected to rest several key players right from the start of the match, while Angelo Lorenzetti also got to use a couple of Trentino's subs.

Uros Kovacevic was top scorer of the game on 16 points for Trentino, while Jakub Jarosz scored 15 for Resovia.
