On our list are aging stars like Luis Suarez and Sergio Ramos, handed huge overalls despite declining form, and youngsters like Jude Bellingham, who has had his brilliant performances over the last year largely ignored. Man City’s Jack Grealish makes our 10 for rating below teammates Bernardo Silva and Riyad Mahrez, while Leeds’ Patrick Bamford has been hit with the traditional small club tax. We also discuss how Porto’s Pepe apparently surpasses van Dijk, take a look at Bayern, Milan, and Atletico Madrid stars, and find time for one of the weirdest choices in FIFA history: making Real Madrid’s Casemiro an 89.
