Lando Norris has invested in the next generation of elite racers, with the reigning World Champion launching his own multi-series junior squad, and young driver development program. The Brit’s new venture, known as LN 4 Fusion, has been created from the bones of German junior squad AIX Racing, which were acquired to field a team next year in F4, F3 - and, it’s hoped, in feeder series F2. For Norris, it’s about building a business and passion beyond F1, to keep his fire burning in the aftermath of his title success. But, also to bring new talent to the top that perhaps didn’t have the same privileges as he did.
