Marcus Smart led the Celtics with 14 points (6-14 FG) and 4 rebounds, while Gordon Hayward recorded 13 points (4-11 FG), 10 rebounds and 3 assists in the losing effort. With the win, the Spurs improve to 43-31, while the Celtics fall to 43-31 on the season. The Spurs currently sit in the 8-seed in the Western Conference, 7 games behind the first-place Warriors, while the Celtics remain the 5-seed in the Eastern Conference, 12 games behind the first-place Bucks.
