WWE is really starting to feel the heat as ratings across Raw and Smackdown have continued to spiral. Not only that, NXT has consistently failed to beat AEW in the ratings, so things aren’t seeming too bright for WWE programming right now. The words ‘monotonous’ and ‘boring’ have become associated with programming with increasing frequency, and WWE is doing what it does best to stop the spiral; come up with short-term solutions, instead of making any real changes.
