The 2019 USA Women's 3x3 U18 Team were inspiring in their play, capturing it's 2nd straight gold medal at the FIBA 3x3 U18 World Cup.

The team, led by World Cup MVP Hailey Van Lith, held off a gutsy New Zealand in the gold medal final to a score of 19-13.
