Lateral Bench Hops
Side Lunge Bench Hops
Bench or Box Jumps
Bench Toe Taps
Ice Skaters

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds, rest 30 seconds, and then move onto the next exercise. Follow through this circuit 3 times for a total of 15 minutes.
