The IRFU and Ulster Rugby partnered in piloting a new approach to talent identification which established a framework and a network of talent spotters across the player pathway feeding into the province's professional staff for review. The pilot has been a huge success for Ulster Rugby as it has already widened their player network and has empowered through training and support a cohort of talent spotters in schools and clubs across the province.
