In a thrilling game against the Flyers, Ottawa forward Alex DeBrincat ultimately secured the victory for his team in ot. With the puck in the Senators' offensive zone, Flyers goalie Felix Sandstrom attempted to clear it out of danger. However, his attempt was intercepted by DeBrincat, who quickly turned towards the net. With Sandstrom caught out of position, DeBrincat had an open net in front of him, and he made no mistake in putting the puck in the back of it to give the Senators the 5-4 win.
