Now that Kobe Bryant is playing small forward for the Lakers, we're destined for a lot of marquee matchups. Last night, Kobe had to battle Melo and it seems as though Anthony got the better of the matchup and the outcome. Kobe did his best to compete, but he's at a severe disadvantage physically when it comes to guarding a player like Melo. The Knicks were able to take advantage of some poor Lakers execution down the stretch, as well as some timely plays by role players, to pull this game out.
