Abu Dhabi 2023 marked the final Grand Prix for Italian auto marque Alfa Romeo, with the desert race closing out its six-year technical partnership with Swiss squad Sauber, five with naming rights.

Alfa Romeo’s future in F1 is yet to be confirmed, despite rumours at the Monaco Grand Prix that it was set to switch to Haas, with the latest whispers stating it could head to the World Endurance Championship to rebrand the Peugeot works squad.
