England scrum-half Alex Mitchell has grabbed his Rugby World Cup opportunity with both hands, coming in from outside the initial squad to establish himself as a key player.

Alex started his rugby journey at Lymm RFC as a five-year-old, and went on to play for the first team. This is the story of his time there, and a look into the future for a club at the very heart of its community with very big plans.
