Vince McMahon hand picks almost every single WWE World Champion we have ever seen, and some wrestlers turn out to be way better than others. We are the Wrestling Hub and these are 10 Wrestlers Vince McMahon Regrets Making Champion.

We start this list off with a man that has won quite a few world championships with the WWE. Alberto Del Rio debuted on WWE TV in 2010 and had quite a rapid ascent up the card. He debuted on SmackDown, but would end up on Raw a year later. He would become Mr. Money in the Bank and cash in his contract on CM Punk at SummerSlam 2011 to become WWE Champion. Del Rio had two reigns with the WWE ttitle, neither lasting 50 days. He would also hold the World Heavyweight Championship twice, with him losing the title to Dolph Ziggler in 2013 being more notable than anything else.
Del Rio as champion should have made a big impact on the Hispanic ratings for the WWE, but his title reigns never moved the needle. He was WWE Champion in the middle of the Punk Cena rivalry and was always treated as a transitional champion. His World Heavyweight reigns seemed dull and boring too, with one ending at the hands of Dolph Ziggler, and the other in a match before John Cena and Randy Orton would unify the two world championships of the WWE in 2013. His exit from the company and negative headlines since would mean that WWE would rather not publicise that this man has had four world title reigns in the WWE.
