Assistant Executive Director of Hockey Development, Kevin McLaughlin joins the webinar to present about “What Is A World-Class Hockey Program” He will set the stage for the upcoming webinars with lots of great guest & examples from across the country.

Kevin McLaughlin oversees all youth hockey initiatives of the organization, including USA Hockey’s highly acclaimed American Development Model, as well as efforts in coaching and officiating education. McLaughlin also oversees all of USA Hockey’s National Championships, Player Development Camps, U17 Select Team & serves as GM for the U18 Hlinka Team. In addition, he has been a member of the International Ice Hockey Federation Development Committee since 2003 and an IIHF Learn to Play Program instructor since 2000.
