The late Terry Stonier started this event 49 years ago at his Sacramento pool hall, The Jointed Cue Billiards which today, serves as a time capsule of billiards history. After Terry's passing in 2001 and the torch was passed to new owners, his tournament continues to thrive with the best local talent and traveling players who come together annually to celebrate his legacy!
