On Thursday we gave you the unluckiest teams, and now its time for the lucky ones. Some needed last day heroics, like Werder Bremen, others could have gone down if the season carried on as normal. Such as Nimes. And then of course there’s the xG outperformers, like Newcastle United, Borussia Dortmund and Lazio, whilst somehow Juventus and Manchester United also lucked into their final positions, even if we can’t quite work out why.
