Renault Sport R.S. 01 in action @ Imola Racetrack - Fly-Bys, Accelerations, downshifts - Pure Sound!

I have filmed a couple of Renault R.S. 01 in action at the Imola racetrack. These cars are built with a carbon fiber monocoque and equipped by the Nismo 3.799cc V6 engine that develop about 550 hp. Other interesting technical specifications are the seven-speed sequential gearbox by SADEV, the carbon-ceramic brakes, a weight of only 1,145 kg and an impressive top speed of 300 km/h. Enjoy! ;-)

Ho filmato un paio di esemplari di Renault R.S. 01 durante un recente trackday organizzato dal Pistenclub sul tracciato di Imola. Queste vetture sono realizzate con monoscocca in carbonio ed equipaggiate del motore Nismo V6 da 3.799cc e 550 CV di potenza. Altri dati molto interessanti sono il cambio sequenziale a sette marce SADEV, freni carboceramici, un peso di soli 1.145 Kg che permettono all'auto di superare i 300 km/h.
