Hilarious Commentary Challenge with Sideman | MLB Bases Covered: Episode 7

By now, our hosts are well equipped to teach their Bases Covered team the physical fundamentals of the sport. So, in Episode 7, they learn all about a very different, but still very challenging part of the game; commentary. They take tips from MLB game-caller Matt Vasgersian, and bring back a familiar face as their newest teammate in the form of Sideman, to make sure their commentary skills are ready for the 2020 season.

Bases Covered is a brand new series from MLB, geared to educate and excite sports fans about baseball in time for the new season. Sports journalist and Los Angeles Dodgers fan Max Whittle has teamed up with Hashtag United player and influencer Jemel One Five to build a baseball team, made up of celebrity influencers, without leaving their houses. They call in favors from the US, sometimes MLB superstars, and get some much-needed advice to put together an all-star team. Who do you think deserves the next spot on our team?
