Saturday May 5th at the Stubhub Center in Carson, California. The "Cinco de Mayo" weekend saw undefeated Gennady "GGG" Golovkin (38-0-1, 34 KOs) defending his IBF, WBA and WBC world middleweight titles against Vanes "The Nightmare" Martirosyan (36-4-1, 23 KOs) live on HBO.

Golovkin defeated Martirosyan via second round knockout, with this win GGG has now equaled Bernard Hopkins record of 20 consecutive middleweight title defenses to cement his place in history as one of the best middleweights ever.
