Fan Culture with Lady Leshurr | MLB Bases Covered: Episode 9

Episode 9 of Bases Covered is all about the most important part of the game - the fans. Behind every home team is a passionate group of baseball fanatics who stick by their teams through thick and thin - and who better to teach the guys about the importance of a loyal fanbase than UK rapper, Lady Leshurr! They also invite existing UK MLB mega fans and podcast hosts from “Bat Flips and Nerds” and “Fish Across the Pond” to put their baseball knowledge to the test.

Bases Covered is a brand new series from MLB, geared to educate and excite sports fans about baseball in time for the new season. Sports journalist and Los Angeles Dodgers fan Max Whittle has teamed up with Hashtag United player and influencer Jemel One Five to build a baseball team, made up of celebrity influencers, without leaving their houses. They call in favors from the US, sometimes MLB superstars, and get some much-needed advice to put together an all-star team. Who do you think deserves the next spot on our team?
