The Badminton World Federation launched a new look tour with a new title sponsor on the 8th of January 2018 in Guangzhou. The new HSBC BWF World tour will comprise of 27 events categorised into 5 different levels, with season ending HSBC BWF World tour finals being held in Guangzhou for the next 4 years.
