Williams is riding a wave of optimism as it prepares for its first full season under new owners, US-investment firm Dorilton Capital. One in which it hopes to finally kick-start its journey up the Formula One grid, with new CEO, motorsport veteran Jost Capito unequivocal on what the squad is ultimately aiming for in wins and titles.
