A fantastic day for England. Jonny Bairstow made 99 the bat, and, although he'll no doubt be disappointed not to have made a hundred, his runs were absolutely crucial to his team's 362 all out. Then it was the Jimmy Anderson show, as he took a sumptuous 4-33 bowling from the end that bear's his name, to leave South Africa reeling at 220-9.
