I have to thanks Merry and AP Motorsport (http://www.ap-motorsport.it) which allowed me to put a small action-cam inside their impressive Renault R5 GT Turbo. The car, bought new by the owner and always been in his possession is in perfect condition, magnificent and accurate in every detail, It's a real beauty. The amazing thing is that the original 1.4 Turbo engine was enhanced up to procude 250 hp at 5.900 rpm! Also the torque is impressive with 365 Nm at 4.970 rpm. With its highly favorable power/weight ratio (only 820 Kg), the car at the Varano racetrack can go really fast! Enjoy the video ;-)

Devo ringraziare Merry ed AP Motorsport (http://www.ap-motorsport.it) che mi hanno permesso di installare una action-cam all'interno della loro impressionante Renault R5 GT Turbo. La vettura, comprata nuova dal proprietario e da sempre in suo possesso è tenuta e praparata in modo magnifico, curata in ogni dettaglio, una vera bellezza. La cosa incredibile è che il motore di partenza è l'originale 1.4 Turbo che ora eroga la bellezza di cifra di 250 CV a 5.900 giri/min. Notevole anche la coppia di 365 Nm a 4.970 giri/min. Con un'assetto strepitoso ed il suo rapporto peso/potenza favorevolissimo (solo 820 Kg il peso della vettura), la R5 in pista a Varano corre davvero forte! Buon divertimento! ;-)
