Karl-Anthony Towns led the Timberwolves with 21 points (7-17 FG) to go with 16 rebounds, 6 assists and 2 blocks, while Andrew Wiggins added 20 points and 5 rebounds in the losing effort. The Hornets won the battle down low, outscoring the Timberwolves 54-48 in the paint in the game. With the win, the Hornets improve to 32-38 on the season while the Timberwolves fall to 32-39.
