Reason Why Charlotte Flair WON the Royal Rumble!
Why Charlotte won the Rumble is something that the WWE probably will not be able to justify. Baszler had a story arc with Becky Lynch from her time at Survivor Series, and that could still be the direction that the WWE is going in, but it doesn’t make sense as to why the WWE would choose Charlotte over her? The match’s ending was deflating, as Baszler went on an insane run after her number 30 entry, and losing to Charlotte in the final two wasn’t exactly what was going to end the match hot. It’s hard to see Charlotte try to sell the Becky rivalry again, so we can assume that Charlotte will be going after the SmackDown Women’s Championship. Bayley retained her title against Lacey Evans at this show, but let’s see if she makes it to WrestleMania as champion as well.
