Wasps and England star James Haskell was on hand to help launch Move Like A Pro 2018. Move Like A Pro, a partnership between Premiership Rugby and the Movember Foundation, is a 12-week programme designed for men aged 30-55 who aren’t currently particularly active. It offers both classroom and activity based health interventions, including those related to levels of physical activity, diet changes, social connectedness and mental wellbeing.
