Is JAMES HARDEN Breaking The NBA Rulebook?

Coach Nick is joined by 19 year veteran NBA referee Ronnie Nunn to go through Houston Rockets guard James Harden's game to isolate the fouls he's generating while taking 3 point shots. This is the latest example of a talented player stretching the rules to the point where the NBA might have to step in and adjust how they referee these types of shots. Do they continue to keep awarding 3 free throws? Or do they award the ball out of bounds?
