Today we have the full tutorial of Stephen Curry's Pregame Dribbling Warm Up. Start adding it to your training and also as warm ups before games and you'll start to see fast improvement in your handles.

Here are the reps for each 'move' done in his routine:

1. Juggle Flips - 10 reps
2. Two Ball Pounds (same time) - 20 reps
3. Two Ball Pounds (alternate) - 20 reps
4. Pound Crossovers - 10 reps for each hand under
5. Pound Between Legs - 20 reps total (10 each hand between)
6. Side To Side (in rhythm) - 20 reps
7. Side To Side (alternate directions) - 20 reps
8. Front To Back (in rhythm)- 20 reps
9. Front To Back (alternate directions) - 20 Reps
10. Pound Between Legs (same hand) 10 reps each hand
11. Curry Signature Two Ball Between Behind- 10 reps each hand *one rep = full pound- between- behind 3 times.
12. One ball progression - start with doing cross-between-behind. Do a rep starting the exercise with each hand. Then move to 2 dribbles per move, then 3 dribbles, then 4 dribbles.

The first time you try this is will be difficult but don't give up. Keep working at it until you master it.
