Today's series of drills will help you become a better player/scorer out of the triple threat. Our focus today is on developing a powerful and explosive sweep move so you can get by defenders.

Once you master the sweep we then master scoring moves and counters off of the sweep to keep your defender guessing. The more moves you have the tougher you are to guard.
