Klay Thompson led all scorers with 26 points (11-13 FG, 4-5 3pt FG), along with 6 assists for the Warriors, while Kevin Durant added 23 points (9-13 FG, 3-4 3pt FG), along with 8 rebounds and 9 assists in the victory. The Warriors recorded 42 assists, the most in a game by any team this season (including a franchise-record 16 in the 3rd quarter). This is only the 4th time any team has tallied 40+ assists this season (GSW twice, PHI and WAS once). Patty Mills led the Spurs with 16 points (6-10 FG) and 4 assists in the losing effort. With the win, the Warriors improve to 38-15, while the Spurs fall to 32-24 on the season.
