LaMarcus Aldridge led all scorers with 25 points (8-20 FG) to go with 9 rebounds and 4 assists for the Spurs, while Rudy Gay tallied 22 points, 5 assists and 4 rebounds in the game. Karl-Anthony Towns (8-17 FG, 6 rebounds) and Derrick Rose (6 assists) led the Timberwolves with 23 points apiece, while Andrew Wiggins added 17 points and 5 rebounds in the losing effort. With the win, Gregg Popovich ties Pat Riley for most road wins in NBA history (520) and the Spurs improve to 27-20 on the season, while the Timberwolves fall to 21-24.
