Donovan Mitchell led the Jazz with 29 points (10-22 FG) to go with 5 assists and 4 rebounds, while Ricky Rubio added 18 points and 8 assists in the game. Andrew Wiggins led all scorers with 25 points (13-23 FG) to go with 4 assists for the Timberwolves, while Karl-Anthony Towns added 22 points, 7 assists and 6 rebounds in the losing effort. The Jazz won the battle down low, outscoring the Timberwolves 50-24 in the paint in the game. With the win, the Jazz improve to 29-22 on the season while the Timberwolves fall to 24-26.
