"Toro Rosso has to be disappointed with the first half of 2017, with just 39 points despite arguably fielding its strongest-ever package.

The Red Bull B-team went into this season buoyant, filled with confidence, with a beautifully designed car, the STR12 - which many of the teams and technical experts dubbed “a jewel” with its slick aerodynamic styling.
