Unbeaten IBF welterweight world champion Errol Spence Jr. (24-0-0, 21 KOs) and top-rated contender Carlos Ocampo (22-1-0, 13 KOs) battled in Spence's first homecoming title defense this Saturday, June 16th at Ford Center at The Star in Frisco in an event presented by Premier Boxing Champions.
Spence Jr. didn't have any trouble with Ocampo, defeating him via first round knockout with a tremendous body shot. After the fight Spence's trainer, Derrick James, talked to the media about the fight. James also says he would like the winner of Garcia vs. Porter as Spence's next challenge.
