Joe Root and Moeen Ali hooked up with Olympian Perri Shakes-Drayton as NatWest T20 Blast was launched with a twist.

The Yorkshire Vikings and Worcestershire Rapids stars went in the blocks under the watchful eye of the Rio Olympics hopeful.

The pair also got tips on how to throw the discuss with Dan Greaves, the Paralympics gold medalist.
