Bel Air Drill / Woodland Drill for GOLF overswinging

Named after the Fresh Prince who used to rock the sideways ball cap. Gary Woodland on the PGA Tour does this really well. This drill is great for consistency and for fixing over-swinging which causes a lot of problems and makes hitting the ball on the sweet spot a lot tougher.
