On January 9, 2020, the USA Women's National Team XVs launched Be the Impact, an initiative to form a Diversified Revenue Recruitment Team for the Women's Eagles.

As the program is without a secondary direct funding source, the team will work to drive revenue from multiple sources including fundraising through the player made and run XV foundation, increase in number and variety of commercial partnerships, sponsorship of team camps and fundraisers, as well as solicitation of grants.
