5x Ferrari 488 GTB at Imola Circuit - Accelerations & Turbo Sound!

During the Ferrari Challenge stage at Imola circuit a large group of Ferrari cars took the track. Among these 5x barnd new 488 GTB. I have filmed many video at the Tosa corner where clearly you can hear that the sound of this model is different from the previous 458 Italia. This new Ferrari changed its engine going from a naturally aspirated V8 to a turbocharged unit. The new engine is smaller than its predecessor and despite the 0.6-liter reduction in displacement the power is now of 660 hp compared to 560 hp of the old 458 Italia. However, the new 488 GTB have 60hp more than the extreme performance 458 speciale! Enjoy the accelerations and sound!

Durante la tappa del Ferrari Challenge ad Imola, nel periodo di pausa dalle gare, molte Ferrari stradali hanno approffittato di un'ora a loro concessa per girare in pista. Fra queste ben 5 nuove 488 GTB. Molte delle riprese le ho girate alla curva Tosa dove chiaramente si sente che il suono di questo modello è differente dalla precedente 458 Italia. Ora la vettura adotta un motore turbo in sostituzione del precedente V8 aspirato. Nonostante la riduzione nella cilindrata di 0.6 litri la nuova unità è molto più potentecontando su ben 100 CV in più rispetto alla 458 Italia. La potenza è ora di 670 CV surclassando di ben 60 CV anche la performante 458 speciale.
