Lead by Marcus Davidsson (2g, 2a), Sweden beat Canada 5-1. Sweden got on the board first but Canada responded shortly after. Then Sweden scored three more goals before the end of the 1st period. In the third period, Sweden scored their final goal on an empty net.
Sweden will play Finland tomorrow at 4 p.m. ET while Canada will face off against the United States at 7 p.m. ET.
